   Trying to check details of my 90 year old dad's appointment (he mislaid the letter) is impossible since there's no way to contact the Health Centre. So I know the date and think I have the time of his appointment but have no idea who he's seeing or why (he didn't seem certain himself, but then it's 'none of my business' although I'm NOK and taking him). Well done, you lot.
