   After having a blood test recently I was left with severe bruising,perhaps some refresher training is needed.

   very crowded - lack of chairs and space. also the toilet in the ladies toilet is hardly off the ground - many people cannot use this especially after hip and knee problems. this is a relatively new building surely this could have been better designed. there is a second toilet which does have a proper height toilet but the other one is ridiculously low.
