    My husband is under this place and was referred to the HTteam, was discharged and sent back to them on valentines days. I have been chasing for a care coordinator and heard nothing I have called, emailed and contacted the gp, home treatment team and left numbers of voicemails services suck. It's not may 2023 and still nothing
