I was well impressed with the level of customer service I received from Raynes Park health centre. A warm welcome at the reception, I met 2 lovely ladies, greeing me with a beautiful smile and one of them, automatically, got up from her chair and show me the way where I was supposed to be seen the beautiful specialist. With less than a minute I was seen by a lovely lady who sat me down for few questions and then with less than 10mins I was done. I have never been seen so quick in an NHS Dept. I must say, I have made the right choice to change my GP. Mount medical centre in Hanworth has causes all the stress I went thru . I am so pleased now at a different medical centre (kingston health centre) I am well look after. The excellent service I received made me very happy and I would recommend to be referred there. There's nothing I dislike there. This how it should be in all NHS department. I left the clinic a very Happy person, I firhit all my health issues.
