    My wife has been with the clinic on and off for a few years now. The experience has always apparelling except the last visit with a young trainee doctor who after seeing us has transferred to another team. Since then it's back to the usual No Response/No Following up mode. My wife has been prescribed with new medication, she was promised that at least monthly following up appointments will be setup to monitor her condition. First no clear instruction was given about how to transition to the new pill, no following up call. We have emailed and call but not reply or response. Upon the visit to Royal Free Hospital, they even helped us to chase Red Hill internally, same as our GP keeps on chasing up for us, but still no reply from Red Hill. Is this the kind of service for vulnerable patients with mental illness. I could not imagine if my wife herself with the illness needs to go through all these get the medical support that she needs. I know NHS staff are overloaded and busy but our GP and Royal Free Hospital have been proactive and respond to us very promptly. This is another clinic with those "I don't care" atitude.

    What’s the point of a dr leaving a phone number that you cannot get through to them on. Reception sound like they hate their job.

    It is really difficult to get hold of the team. They don't answer the phones. There is no email contact. Its really frustrating when you need to be in touch to change or confirm things
