   Phoned for an appointment at 9.30 and got through very quickly and had a telephone consultation by 10.30, great so far. Went to collect prescription at 4.30 and it hadn't been authorised, an hour later and still waiting. This is the second time this has happened and there seems to be a real problem with authorising prescriptions that the practice needs to address
