Much more assistance for those who are in the health service, they don't care about the patients and there are never face-to-face consultations, it's just over the phone, how can they examine a user like that... more than two months ago That I'm asking for an appointment because the new pills for depression make me dizzy and I call at 8 am and the line is busy until 9 am and when they answer there are no more appointments I say why Consultation and the answer is always the same call tomorrow ... twice now I received a message to talk or discuss my medication and I was told that they would call me and no one calls and in the last Once I spoke to the receptionist, she called me by chance to say that I would have to go and collect the blood collection formula for the test. No, you have to make an appointment and now the appointment is for March, but in short what they are doing there that do not give the necessary information as it should be ..First they say they are going to call me I wait for the day nobody calls and then no you have to make an appointment for that...it would not be the GP to make an appointment with the user to discuss the medication prescribed 🤷🏽♀️Am I the wrong one or the GP, what counts is not just me who complains to more users who are unhappy with the service, which is very, very bad... what to expect ... that someone dies so that they move or move before that happens ... but Health workers no longer value Life .... finally, think carefully before discarding one user
