I had to visit 3 times and they said that the prescription would be ready for that afternoon but it never turned up the level of service is very poor the and they left me with no pills for 4 days.lam going to look for another doctors surgery.they are the worst doctors in calderdale at least in 10 miles radius ,shame on them.

Living in constant pain is not only debilitating but draining, and as we get older frightening. The doctor at Rosegarth Surgery went over and beyond yesterday with mum (85 yrs) yesterday afternoon considering the pressure he was very clearly under. But, we couldn’t be more grateful to him. His thorough consultation and explanations not only put mums mind at rest but ours too. On the other hand, the patience we witnessed from users in the waiting room towards the receptionist, who was also patient, polite and respectful was distressing to witness.

I had an 8am appointment and got a text at 8:15 saying it was cancelled and I was obviously already waiting in the waiting area. Methods need to be put in place so people’s time isn’t wasted it’s not fair.
