Review titled Unworkable
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 09 April 2024
Had the displeasure of having to deal with this practice on behalf of a patient with a serious medical condition. Couldn’t get an appointment on the booking system, couldn’t even leave a message. The instructions were try again tomorrow at 8am. For someone who has Learning Difficulties or unfamiliar with using internet) and a serious condition going through these routines are just unworkable. Result being: patient self neglects and ends up using ambulance service and a stay in Sandwell Hospital, totally unnecessary considering I believe the bill for this is paid by practice

Review titled Disgrace

You have more chance of winning the Euro lottery! This morning, I made every effort to secure an appointment for my daughter by logging onto the appointment system promptly at 7:30 am, half an hour before the lines were scheduled to open at 8:00 am. Despite my efforts, when the lines opened at 8:00 am, I was dismayed to find that the next available appointment was not until Friday at 8:00 am. This delay is simply unacceptable, particularly when dealing with urgent medical issues concerning my daughter's health. In addition to the online appointment system, I attempted to contact the clinic directly by phone at 8:00 am, only to be met with the frustrating message that the lines were already at full capacity. This begs the question: how can the phone lines be at full capacity when they are supposed to open at 8:00 am? The current state of affairs at the Regis Medical Centre is nothing short of a disgrace. The inability to access timely appointments and the constant struggle to reach the clinic via phone has left me feeling helpless and deeply concerned about the level of care my daughter is receiving. I've just managed to get through over the phone but.....I'm currently on hold and I'm number 68!!! To summarise, you have more chance of catching gonorrhea without swapping any bodily fluids than gaining an appointment at this surgery.
