   111 sent me to the urgent care centre. The waiting area was clean and Well looked after. The staff were pleasant and I was seen quickly.

   The receptionist was very rude. The waiting room was disgusting with used drinking cups over the floor and used vomit bowls left on seats. People attend here feeling unwell and I felt like an inconvenience.
