From the minute I arrived to leaving I was very well looked after, everything was explained before, during and after. It's not a pleasant procedure to have done but all he the time the consultant and nurses reassured me. For me it was definitely better than the previous time I had it done (at a private hospital too) Thank you for looking after me all the way through and the discharge information too, all this made today so much easier. Our NHS staff are absolutely amazing deserve a lot more than what they are paid. Long may the NHS survive. Thank you all again for looking after me today

The team could not have been more friendly and caring. They did all possible to make me feel safe and relaxed. I cannot rate highly enough. All my questions were answered. .

Very well done. Although I was nervous, the staff were very kind, helpful and professional. I can't say I enjoyed the experience, but if I need another gastroscopy I wouldn't hesitate to go to Sandy Lane again. An extra big plus point was getting the results report immediately, instead of waiting to see GP.

Just had a gastroscopy at Sandy Lane. The team was great, very friendly and efficient. Everything was explained clearly. The gastroscopy itself was really quick and the consultant reassured me throughout. I would highly recommend the service.

Having never had a gastroscope before I was quite nervous. However, after the procedure was explained in detail by both the nursing staff and the doctor in attendance, my fears were allayed. The procedure was quick and efficient and I continually received reassurance from the doctor. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent care and extremely friendly manner and would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.

Felt somewhat apprehensive prior to procedure. The whole Team were positive and professional and clearly work well together. Each stage explained fully. Consultant calming and reassuring throughout procedure and it was good to get a report immediately after procedure.

Was very impressed.had to wait 45mins but they were very apologetic and explained it was due to power cuts earlier in the morning. Consultant who carried out the procedure was brilliant and explained everything as he carried it out all other staff were excellent. Whilst the procedure was not pleasant it was not painful at all and only took about 4 mins. I got a report immediatley it finished. Very impressed with the practice

I was very nervous at having the endoscopy today but the nurses where so friendly and made me feel comfortable . The doctor was brilliant he made me feel relaxed and comfortable with the procedure it was all over in 10 mins then he explained everything to me I would definitely not be nervous if I ever have to have the procedure done at Sandy Lane again thanks to all the staff

I had a gastroscopy at Sandy Lane Clinic. It was carried out to the highest standards and the Consultant and nurses were top class professionals. Highly recommend this service
