I am writing this after a visit to see my mum. It is clear that my mum is very depressed and she is not eating very well. When we asked for a wheel chair to take her outside to get some fresh air to cheer her up myself and my sister were told that no wheelchair with the support for her leg was available. Staff were not very helpful and didnt seem to care. Im a carer myself and am disscusted by the attitude by the staff. Communication is non existent between staff and family, staff don't answer phones and simply can't be bothered or care.

I arrived at the hospital, paid for parking, and received a text saying - your appointment is cancelled. Half an hours notice is not enough.
