   It’s impossible to get an appointment or to even discuss a prescription. I got my prescription authorised online but was told one of them wouldn’t be processed until a few days later. It’s 3 days after that and I’m out of medication and have no way of picking it up for 4 days due to work. I said in my request I would need it early due to work. Honestly going to PALs honestly such poor service I’ve wanted to book 2 appointments since joining the surgery about health concerns but have gone private cause they are so poor at picking up the phone or replying online. So now I get to spend Xmas with no antidepressants even though I asked for them Early because I work full time
