In May I received a letter stating health check due & to contact the surgery, firstly there is absolutely no telephone no on that letter for contact & secondly I have tried on numerous occasions to make this appointment which has still been unsuccessful due to nobody answering the phone. Where are the staff I ask? Each time the phone goes blank then rings & rings & rings. I've tried different days, I've tried hanging on for at least 40 mins 1day, It just rings, are these phones even connected to anything. This is shockingly bad service, I know I am not urgent, however this letter arrived in May & as of today & my numerous random attempts I do not yet have my appointment. this is surely indicative of this practise & their service giving. I would not recommend.

I am disappointed that having once received an excellent service from their Specialist Asthma nurse now that Scartho Medical no longer is able to provide this service in-house to patients so I now have to wait weeks for another appointment at another surgery in town centre
