   The staff are lovely at this practice and I can tell they genuinely care. The waiting times, however, are abysmal. I have visited the practice a handful of times now and every time I have waited an hour+ for my appointment. I can’t help but think there is a significant fault in the way the place is run in terms of urgency. My own appointment previously ran over my allotted 10 minute period which was entirely unnecessary in my opinion. Again, the staff are delightful however the waiting times are a real cause for concern in my opinion.
