   After being advised to put drops in my 98 year old mother’s ears for a week to soften wax ready for removal so the Audiologist could examine her ears, we were told they were not able to do the removal as a part for the it was missing. So would we like to make another appointment . We had already had the appointment changed the day before. What really upset me was the lack of understanding as to the effort it had taken for my Mum to get to the appointment at her great age. There was no sympathy or apology.
