Scrivens in Stamford pe9, have been brilliant. They are very supportive and welcoming and go the extra mile in ensuring their customers receive the very best of care and attention. They replaced my wires when the aids fell on the floor from the coffee table. I normally take them out in my bedroom and pop them in their cushioned covers, however this was an exception, whilst vacuuming. Much later, I found that the dog had chewed one wire. The other wire had disappeared, (possibly up the vacuum hose). I was happy to pay for replacements as it was my own fault, however they very kindly replaced them asap, even though I had only them for a very short time. Thankfully, the aids themselves were fine! Therefore, as a result of their excellence, I shall be obtainimg my glasses from there, too. Thank you everyone; you are all great x Kind regards - Anne
