I am on lifelong bloodthinning medication (repeat prescription). Without warning or notification the surgery has removed this facility from my Patient Access account. There is no facility to send a message either. I have speech difficulties so phoning the surgery isn't a realistic option. This is not the first time I have had difficulty ordering my meds.

I arrived late in the day asking for login details as I needed a repeat prescription urgently. The ladies I spoke to on reception dealt with my request, ordered the medication I needed and unbelievably 10 minutes later I left the practice with my medication. Many thanks
