    as a sex worker, we need monthly testing to ensure our safety. although testing is free, we are being charged £40 to have our results printed. Under the nhs bashh guidelines, it its clearly stated that we should not be charged, for this and also that this should be provided via pdf where possible. I am shocked and angry that today I have been informed that Shiremoor one to one will go against the bashh guidance and will still charge me for my letter. I would also like to add. Under gdpr and data protection laws, If I want a copy of my results, then I am entitled to that data free of charge. Myself and all other sex workers in the north east will be complaining to the nhs about this.

    My daughter was left in tears with massive anxieties as she was going to be late for her appointment as the taxi dropped her at the wrong location. She called to advise them of this and was basically told tough! Now I get there is an appointment system and I get the centre is busy but I feel they could have offered more support she was literally sobbing on phone. I then went in and was told the same ring back tomorrow. Surely there should be procedures in place for such emergencies or at least more signposting?! Disappointing service considering the issues they are dealing with more empathy wouldn’t go amiss!!

    Dear Reviewer, I was very sorry to read of your daughter’s experience and your frustration with the One to One Service. This is not the way that we want any of our patients to feel.
