   I telephoned to leave a message for the physiotherapist whose class is this afternoon. The reception answered my call and within seconds the line was cut off. I re-dialled five times but no-one answered my call. I wanted to say that I had hurt my shoulder and would not be able todrive to attend the class this afternoon. That was a necessary courtesy, which was blocked by ? ? ? ? ?
