    I am very disappointed on the service. My daughter had been ill for few weeks . Had a stool test done at Siding health centre requested by GP. Rang few time reception kept and saying results not arrived. Finally results arrived was told by receptionist results are normal. Recieved a letter in the post from kirklees council (Environmental health ) notify me my daughter test has shown the cause of her illness is Campylobacter (food poisoning). Makes me wonder does the GP check the results correctly or receptionist giving out wrong information out. This is just food poisoning what if it was something major.If they have done this to me how many other patients results are they getting wrong. If I didn't receive this letter it would have been a jigsaw puzzle for me thinking why is she so ill constantly in toilet and lost her appetite.
