    Along with others who have left reviews I have been unable to rearrange a bone density scan as the contact number on the appointment letter is 'not valid' and the medical centre number simply disconnects. I have been to the center in person to try and resolve this only to be told it's not their problem. They did however give me another number to ring, and guess what?! Number not valid. No doubt patients who miss their appointment through being unable to rearrange dates are marked as 'no shows' and get discharged back to their GP - perhaps this is the purpose of what seems a deliberate attempt to prevent patients being able to rearrange appointments. Shameful.

    Recieved an appointment, tried to ring to rearrange. Number on letter 0208 535 6590 does not work. Number on website 0208 430 7210 not available. Rang nelft who have the same numbers and confirm that you will not get through as the phones are unmanned. You have to go in person to rearrange appointments.

    I was given appointment by letter with no information about how to rearrange the appointment if necessary. All phone nos. I can find for this clinic are unobtainable. Presumably have to register, download app, go into account, etc etc etc. Life's too short. Lazy, slapdash, rubbish 'service'.

    I have tried calling to rearrange an appointment for my mother and I have been tiring to call them for the past 3 days. One of the numbers says I have dialled an incorrect number - 020 8535 6590 I have checked the number many time on the latter the have send and it is correct and the other number the main number listed in Google just cuts off every time I call - 020 8430 7210. I am not sur how to contact them to rearrange the appointment.

    I have tried calling many time to rearrange an appointment but cannot get through on the 2 number I have. What happens if I cannot get trough and miss the appointment? The number are 020 8535 6590 and 020 8430 7210.

    I was told by my GP practice to chase my results - is this usual? I was referred by my GP . . However, when I tried phoning, the phone number wasn't working. Lots of other people have said the same - why hasn't it been sorted?

    They texted me to say I had an antenatal appointment on the 17th of December, then sent me a letter to say it was on the 7th of December and had been cancelled. The letter said to call this number to reschedule, the only number on the letter was the central booking service - after waiting on hold with them for an hour they said they didn't deal with antenatal appointments. I tried calling the clinic directly and they just hang up before answering the phone. They might as well not be operating for all I know. Really frustrating as I now feel I have no access to the service at all.

    I'm on waiting list for appointment there and trying to find out some details. Have been calling last 3 weeks - probably around 50 times or so. Not once managed to speak to anyone. They do not pick up the phone or disconnect the call after few minutes. This is beyond ridiculous.

    When I went to book my blood test there was a ladie who books you in . She was extremely rude .ive seen other reviews about this lady and so many people have gave similar opinions. I think she may need to be trained again because . It reflects badly on your other staff who seem to be doing there job. I hope someone can talk to her as opposed to being just nothing done.

    Why don't they answer the telephone? I have rung several times and then just get cut off. The same problem with Whipps Cross Hospital. Just not good enough.
