The receptionist gave me the wrong information on how to check in. I missed my appointment because of it, although I was there. When I went to ask what‘s going on and explained my situation, one of the receptionists who was listening, took it upon themself to ask another receptionist (the one I said I‘ve spoken to) to ask if they have ever seen me which this person denied. Only when I insisted that I did indeed speak to them 2 hours ago, because that‘s how long I waited for my appointment, they admitted that I did speak to them and that they didn‘t check me in. I was then referred to a phone number for help which either didn‘t pick up or the person on the phone was snappy and short. All in all this is the most disappointing NHS experience I‘ve ever had. I just needed help, health wise and on that day support from the staff as I haven‘t been to this clinic before. I don‘t understand why anyone would act like this towards another human being in need. It‘s been one month and I still haven‘t got a new appointment. The lump I wanted to get checked is growing and no one seems to care. Very, very disappointing.

Very friendly staff from the reception to the nurse! Very clean premises and very quick and efficient service. I arrived for my 13:20 appointment (early 13:13) and left the building 13:29.

I have been ringing this service for the last three weeks upwards of 30 times a day to try and discuss my appointment and not once has anyone answered. Absolutely terrible service and no one in the local area seems to have any helpful advice.

I've been calling since Friday the 5th till now and no one answers! I know I've called at least 40 in the last two weeks and today I've called 7 times and still nothing, but I know when I get there for my appointment on the 18th there gonna say it's my fault for not calling to make a special arrangement for my diabetes. The service sucks and they need to do better! I can't imagine someone calling them for an a emergency and no one answers.

I've been trying to phone them on and off for almost a week now. Nobody is answering the phone. Its ridiculous.

Have you tried to contact this clinic? The phone number is just constantly busy - no recorded message with info, no instructions or any way to leave a message, it's just 'engaged'. You are not held in a queue and your call is not important to us. Risible.
