Had a skin infection that appeared to be worsening fairly rapidly and - before it got too serious - thought I should get it looked at quickly. No prompt availability with my NHS GP, so I took a chance on the Soho Walk In service. Best decision I made today. Arrived at around 3pm, seen very promptly by a Nurse Practitioner who I had immediate confidence in. Quick check of vital signs, then an examination of the infected area. Antibiotics prescribed, picked up literally 5 minutes later from the adjoining pharmacy (who were also delightful). From arrival to departure (with my tablets) was probably 25 minutes max. The NHS at its finest. There when I needed it, done and dusted quickly, and nothing (except the prescription charge) to pay,

I stupidly came away without my spare Libra 2 sensor & my one broke I went around the houses eventually going to the Soho walk in center & the receptionist & the nurse sorted me out with another sensor. Thank you so much.

Was visiting London and urgently needed to see someone. Reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Seen quickly and the nurse was great. Far better than any recent interactions with my local doctors

Whilst working in London I was advised by a Pharmacist to seek medical advice/treatment. I walked into the 1 Frith St centre. the reception I got was first class. The receptionist, was caring, professional and really helpful. Her cheerfulness was tremendous. I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner, who was equally professional and caring in approach. She gave first class treatment and advice. I couldn't have been better treated anywhere. They were great ambassadors for the NHS.
