I phoned at 8 am an got a same day appointment with a very helpful doctor who was friendly and efficient

We appreciate clinicians cant help running late sometimes but it is courteous to at least apologise to the patient when your running very late. My husband's apt was 6.30pm and was called 40 minutes later and he said the gp didn't even apologise. Please clinicians, show courtesy and apologise if your running late.
