my cataract procedure was very efficient and quick and all the staff were extremely professional, courteous, friendly and kind. i was most impressed.

I am totally impressed by the entire process I have been experiencing at SpaMedica Bedford. The staff throughout have been informative, helpful and very reassuring at every stage of assessment and then treatment for cataract removal. Everything is efficiently run in their ongoing system and my first-time experience was made as straightforward as possible by the Nurses and Doctor. This Eye Clinic is new and is maintained to the highest standard possible. I already have my Postoperative Assessment appointment as promised. Thank you SpaMedica Bedford

Back from Bedford after having 2nd eye sorted. I cannot fault this place, every single member of staff are simply amazing!! Firstly greeted at the reception as soon as you walk through the door. The nurse treats you kindly would full respect, carefully putting the eye drops in. You then go and wait where you get to chat with other patients. The surgeon greets everyone individually and privately and then you go and have the op. He was absolutely amazing and I think it was all over in 3 minutes. Back home chilling feeling good. Thank you to a wonderful team of staff xx

Had cataract procedure. All staff really friendly and helpful from receptionists through to the surgeon. Procedure went really well, lots of reassurance throughout from surgeon.

Great communication and service from start to finish and far quicker that I thought it would be. The procedure was clearly explained and all staff were considerate and respectful.

I had my first cataract removed 2 days ago and am already seeing a huge improvement in my sight. The whole procedure was smooth and efficient and everyone I had contact with from the transport driver was friendly, reassuring and so professional . I was able to relax and put my trust completely in everyone who had a part in my experience. The standard of cleanliness was high and aftercare process was explained clearly. This was a very positive experience.

Everyone very professional, I had every step explained to me. All staff very polite and friendly which helped enormously to calm my nerves. I'm very pleased with the outcome of the cataract surgery to my right eye,I can't believe how much better my eye sight is already, I'm now looking forward to when I can get my left eye done. Excellent service from everyone. Thank you very much.

Right from the pre-op to the surgery it was a very positive experience. Always made to feel at ease and comfortable. I was looked after so well by a very professional team. Thank you so much
