At every point of the process the Staff at SpaMedica explained clearly the next move. The patient experience on both occasions for me was excellent including the Surgeon who fully explained what the operation would be and what to expect. Patient care and comfort at SpaMedica is exemplary, prompt and whilst being professional, is also warm and caring. For me it was a refreshing return to how things used to be. A model that should be adopted throughout the NHS

Customer care from the receptionist to eye surgeon was excellent. Communication and organisation at each stage was exceptional. I would highly recommend SpaMedica to anyone. Thank you to everyone at SpaMedica that helped me.

After having a cataract removed and replaced with a lens, the improved and clearer sight is miraculous. The procedure and the time spent at SpaMedica was sympathetic and professional, and I would highly recommend going through the brief and painless operation if required. I’m actually looking forward to having my other eye treated in the near future. Thank you to all the staff!

I was impressed by the sympathetic and caring attention I received. My blood pressure was higher than permitted but the help received and the patience shown by the nurses and doctor enabled it to reduce to an acceptable level.

I had a cataract lens replaced this month. I was amazed that during and after the surgery I felt not the slightest pain, ache or discomfort. At the end of the second day my sight was good, much better than I was expecting. As I write this review a week has passed since the surgery and I can’t speak highly enough of the skill of the surgeon and his assistants. Well done everyone involved.

without any doubt ,all the team at Spa Medica Bedford are fantastic , and extremely professional , with no exceptions , and one comes away feeling totally at ease to deal with the eye problem one may have .

attended to have a cataract removed. appointment was for 13.00 procedure done and out of the premises at 15.00 today 15th February being able to read a number plate at required distance no problem. ok to drive already. no pain at all from operation. can't praise all the staff enough. Thank you very much

I received excellent treatment , both before , during and after surgery. I was treated for the first cataract in February 2023 . I was extremely anxious before that operation and once it was carried out, I was so pleased with the result that I could not wait to have my second eye operated on, which took place on Friday 16th February. I am delighted with the result and recommend the treatment at SpaMedica to everyone I speak to.
