Very quick and hassle free appointments. Staff very helpful and explained everything. Surgeon very professional and careful, making the whole operation pain free. Slight pain the night of the operation but worth it. Only one day in and I can't believe how my vision has improved.

SpaMedica is such an efficient hospital, the staff were pleasant and helpful. Fabulous service and all done quickly. I didn’t have to wait long for my cataract surgery. I’m delighted with the result

I expected to have to wait at least year for cataract surgery. However I had both eyes fixed within three months. From my first visit for an assessment, the staff from the reception desk onwards were friendly and efficient. They explained the process in detail and provided constant feedback at each stage. The final results are outstanding. My vision has cleared and I have been assessed as trouble free. Thanks to everyone who looked after me so well.

From first contact for my pre assessment to the actual surgery all staff from reception staff, nurses, optician and all surgery staff were kind, caring most importantly they were there for me. They answered all my questions and the surgery apart from being a theatre room you hardly know you are having something done. Thank you all so much x

Cataract removal procedure made simple and without fuss. Everything from assessment through to the finality was friendly and efficient. Great staff and hospital. Room for improvement considering the pre operating waiting room, where individual chairs are placed in stalls preventing contact with other people also waiting. Thanks to all who made my first experience of cataract removal a pleasant experience.

I can only Highly recommend this clinic. Have had both my eyes done and was a seamless and great experience. The staff explained the procedure from start to finish very well. All the staff were fantastic and accommodating. Would highly recommend them.

I had my first cataract operation today. What a seamless experience, all the staff from admin to consultant made me feel special, they were reassuring and very kind, they did not rush me at any point and explained everything at my level of understanding. What a wonderful team you have at Bexhill. The team made the whole procedure a non scary and positive experience. I am really looking forward to the other eye having the same treatment. Thank you to all that made my experience today a pleasant one.

Not sure how I would get on having my eyes poked about but the assessment and the day of my op could not have been better,the staff was very informative and friendly the only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the waiting sitting on hard chairs while having bad back.very professional company.
