What a great experience from pre assement to the day of operation. All the staff explained what was going to happen.in detail so one knew what was going to happen. The clinic was spotless the free coffee and biscuits was a god send. The only down side could do with some more comfortable chairs. Day of the operation was very smoothly run everything was explained and the surgeon put you at ease. The operation was over very quickly and painless. Well done everyone at bexhill including our driver.

The process from start to finish was extremely efficient and professional. Al members of staff and clinicians were curious and informative. An extremely pleasant experience without fault.

My experience at SpaMedica was very efficient and pleasant from my initial appointment through to completion of my cataract procedure. I was offered an almost immediate appointment for the procedure. The whole experience I found less traumatic than a procedure at the dentist. Thank you all, I look forward to having my 2nd eye done.

my wife needed to have a cataract done we were given a date very quickly .when we entered the hospital what a great place it was i cannot get over the reception we got the staff were first class every different room she went into it was explained what was going to happen. cannot praise it enough ,

I had my cataract surgery on 9th December 2024. All the staff from Reception to the Theatre and aftercare were absolutely fantastic. Every single moment of the procedure explained. Thanks to the surgeon and all the team.

I was very pleased with the service provided by SpaMedica Bexhill both in terms of the treatment I received and the efficient and effective process to arrange my appointments and treatment. Everything ran very smoothly and I would definitely recommend SpaMedica for cataract surgery.

This was my first visit to Spa Medica and I was very impressed. The staff were extremely kind and answered any questions I put to them. This applied to every staff member I came into contact with during my stay. The service was second to non. The clinic was very clean and there were no obstacles left lying around for patients to trip over. All the patients were very relaxed and plenty of positive comments being made by them.. I cannot speak highly enough of my visit and treatment.

I had my cataract operation on Friday 20th December 2024 which was only a week after preop appointment.All the staff were polite and careing.
