Attended the SpaMedica clinic for a cataract procedure and the whole process from assessment to the operation itself was completely professional. Staff were helpful and explained everything clearly at each stage.

I was very nervous ,not having this procedure before ,but from arrival to discharge I have nothing but praise for all concerned ,from reception,to consultant nothing was to much trouble .they talk you things and allay any fears you have .thankyou

The Reception was bright modern, friendly, warm and welcoming. All stages of the pre- op tests and the operation were very well organised and seamless, and everyone involved efficient and pleasant. Thank you to all, for making a tense and nervous patient feel relaxed and calm!

I've been treated twice at this clinic for cataracts. On my first visit, I was talked to by the Theatre nurse and the surgeon and this helped to keep me calm. The second eye procedure was quicker, I understood the way it would feel. The staff at the clinic were all very friendly. My Daughter was looked after with coffee & biscuits while she waited for me.

From the reception through the various rooms to the operation itself we were made to feel welcome and at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The surgeon and nurses were most caring and explained everything. I look forward to having the cataract in my other eye attended to as well..The icing was the transport from my home and back. Finally the difference in my vision in the eye was wonderful.

2 weeks after my Pre-Op appointment I'm back to have my first cataract removed. I was anxious, but all the staff were very kind and reassuring every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough.
