After an anxious time waiting for the final day to arrive for my cataract surgery little did I know how welcoming the staff were and put you at ease straight away. Absolutely all the staff on site were brilliant. The procedure was really really quick all over in less than ten minutes. Having my first one in June I wasn't at all bothered about having my second eye done in August. The facilities were second to none, i cannot fault the staff or facilities at all.

I had my cataract in june this year The service is fabulous from the driver , receptionist , nurses and above all the surgeon, I was afraid But i did not feel a thing, please anyone having this procedure dont Worry you will be treated with utmost care and professionalism thank you all at spa media birmingham and wolverhampton

i had the most amazing surgeon, who put me at ease, as i suffer from vertigo so lying down was a problem for me, i could not praise him and the nurses more highly, talked me through what was happening, such a quick procedure this time also

Had a cataract done at spa medical Service is brilliant Very prompt After being referred had a call the next day Pre op the following week Operation the week after All done within 2 weeks Staff very friendly and put you at ease Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I have had both my cataracts removed at the Birmingham clinic and I cannot praise them enough. The staff are friendly and helpful and completely put me at ease ( I do have difficulty with hospitals and Doctors ). The whole process runs like clockwork and the booking system and the telephone aftercare service are helpful and reassuring . Thank you to everyone involved from the lovely smiley Lady who greets you to the surgeon who did the opperation. I would not hestate in recomending SpaMedica.
