I had a hysterectomy, I was cared for from the moment I stepped inside the door. Nursing staff were efficient and kind, my consulton/ anthetist were precise. I had a epidural and was a little anxious in theatre, the theatre nurse helped me through by sitting with me throughout, the operation took one hour 20 minutes so I was grateful for her support. Food was great too! Aftercare and day clinic first class. After being home for 2 weeks i phoned the ward because I was worried about something, someone phoned me back 3 times and an appointment was made for me to come and see my consultant within 4 days of making the phone call.

Every single member has been very attentive for each eye check up and respectful. This is the 4th visit for a cataract eye appointment and each time the service has been impeccable. Staff here are really caring too, from the receptionists to the opticians and eye surgeon.

What a wonderful place to have treatment from Reception to Pre Assessment to Operation everyone was warm welcoming and caring, from being a very nervous patient I came away saying what an amazing experience! ! You couldn’t have done anymore and if I have to return for another Cataract Operation , I hope I will be looked after with the same welcome and won’t be as nervous or worried as I was on day one , thank you x

I brought my mother for her cataract appointment this week and was extremely happy with the standard of care she received. All members of staff were very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist in particular even took the time to leave her desk to come outside the building and direct me to the car park. Both my mother and I left the appointment feeling that she was in very safe hands when she goes back for her cataract operation next week.

I was recommended by my optician and seen 3 days later. The assessment was thorough and staff were very pleasant. Having sight in only one eye, I was apprehensive about having cataract surgery but I was reassured by the care and attention given to me. The operation was a success and now I can see much clearer thanks to the dedication of the staff. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

I had my 2nd procedure on 10/10/2024 and once again was delighted with the treatment. The operation was painless and the Dr, Nurses and all Staff were very friendly and helpful including the driver of SpaMedica transport. I have already recommended SpaMedica to friends and will continue to d do so. Once again thank you for this wonderful service. Once again thank you so much for this wonderful service.

Recently had treatment for bilateral cataract. Treatment was faultless. Staff treated my wife and myself with kindness and care. I can now read the newspaper without difficulty. Thank you very much.

All the staff were wonderful friendly and efficient. Everything was explained to me before my operation and after in detail. I was seen on time and after two hours I was on my way home.

I have visited this hospital 4 times during the last 9 months and each time I have been looked after by friendly staff, who made my stay comfortable, Thank you for your kindness. Both my eyes are good.
