I can't fault this practice. From the time of my appointment to discharge I was treated with utmost respect. Each member of staff knew their roll which made my procedure run like clockwork. Thank you SpaMedica for creating such a safe, well trained and we'll run environment.

Have now had cataracts removed from both eyes and have to say that the experience was excellent on both occasions. All the staff were friendly, professional and attentive to the patients needs Spa Medica is highly recommended

My experience was professional, reassuring by the staff.. Excellent surgeon. Made you feel comfortable. Reception also good in offering refreshments before and after the surgery. Highly recommended. Thank you for your care and kindness.

I have had both cataracts removed within the space of six weeks. From the initial assessment, including extra assessment because of my diabetes to both operations the staff were wonderful. I couldn’t be happier.

The whole process was superb from initial assessment though to the cataract operation. The staff were very professional throughout and the surgery carried out by a highly skilled surgeon. A minor issue was that I responded to a telephone call asking if I could come in early, which I did, but I waited a considerable time before being seen due to a communications error. Another observation is that the seats in the waiting room are rather uncomfortable. Nevertheless, I rate this facility five stars and have no hesitation in recommending this facility.

Very good staff , professional friendly and very helpful,l have just had my second eye done, and again no problems, surgeon very informative, everything went well,so providing you do as your told by discharge nurse you are fine,l can't recommend them high enough, all my friends will be going to this wonderful facility, well done yet again Spamedica.

My experience of SpaMedica Blackpool was excellent from my first appointment to surgery. I was greeted and treated by a very professional team where everyone of them was smiling, friendly and put me at ease every step of the way.

From start to finish (which has been very quick), everyone from first greeting at the door, though receptionists, nurses and surgeon - extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. I had every confidence in the team and the facility and I would recommend to anyone
