From the moment I walked through the door I was make to feel very welcome. An offer of a hot drink was asked then my details were taken. Then taken up to reception and all my details were taken and again was asked if I would like a hot drink. I didn't have to wait long before seeing all the medical staff. Their service was a1 cannot find a fault. Was told I needed surgery and everything was explained in detail. Back to reception and an appointment was made for the following week. In all, the service and hospitality were definitely a1 again. Thank you all very much

The staff were lovely,they explained all the procedures and answered any questions that I asked.I would recommend this practice to anyone who is going to have a cataract procedure.

I found the staff most welcoming and treated me with respect. I had my right eye cataract removed and it has greatly improved my sight. I would highly recommend Spamedica, Blackpool.

I was scared to death about the prospect of cataract surgery. On the day, the staff were wonderful, throughout the process. I was reassured, treated with respect, sympathetically and the whole rocess was explained so that I knew what to expect. I was impressed by all the staff from the surgeon to the reception staff. I will not now fear going back for the second cataract operation and I will use my experience to reassure others. Thank you to the team.
