Two different surgeons same excellent result!Really impressed from pre op right through to discharge every stage is professional polite seamless it really is a credit to all concerned Well done keep up the good work!

Cataract surgery:- had pre op on Friday 28th June, great systems in place, all staff were very polite, respectful and well informed, surgery booked for 5th July, only a week to 'worry' eek. No need for the worry, was put at ease immediately by the staff, again all professional, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The surgery was over and done with quickly and efficiently. I arrived at 0850 and was out of the building just after 1030, all done. Follow up care was presented verbally and in writing, contact numbers for general enquiries and emergencies were given. While I hope never to have this again, if I did I would choose here for it. Not one complaint from me. Well done team from the porters to the surgeon, thank you for being nice and extremely good at what you do

From entering spa medica to leaving you were made to feel welcomed and special the porters nurses and surgeon were outstanding proffenal and careing would recommend spa medica to everyone it was a pleasure and I can see colours like never before it's amazing thank you spa medica ..carl

Had a consultation on Monday, cataract removed on the Friday. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very apprehensive but the staff put me at ease. The Consultant Surgeon was reassuring in explaining the procedure. Everything was quick and efficient. Would recommend Spamedica Bolton to anyone

From receipt of referral to pre-op assessment for cataract surgery - three days; it could have been two, but I couldn't make the first appointment offered. Surgery date just one week later. How's that for service! On both occasions, you know that you're in a quality setup. Literally guided by the welcoming, friendly, but very professional, staff, who exude a calm reassurance. The pre-op assessment was very thorough, with explanations and any questions clearly answered. The surgery was painless, with explanations of what was taking place, and frequent checks on comfort. Post-op care, explained verbally and reinforced with a clear and step- by-step booklet, wipes and eye drops to aid recovery. Finally, must mention the high quality and extremely clean physical environment of the hospital itself. Outcome - a very satisfied and very grateful service user enjoying a return to clear and precise vision. Congratulations to everyone involved, and sincere thanks.

you enter feeling nervous but are greeted on arrival and treated with care throughout. The whole team are professional, caring and communicate with you all the time keeping you at ease. would highly recommend them to anyone. Thankyou to all who cared for me during the operation for cataract removal.
