I have had cataracts removed from both eyes on separate occasions and have found the Staff at SpaMedica, kind, caring and very professional. I cannot praise them highly enough. I would also like to mention the Drivers who transport you were always pleasant and considerate, all in all a five star service as far as I am concerned.

The whole process was simple. From the assessment, the transport,the friendly staff and expert medical care,the surgeon , and the free hot drinks and biscuits! The building is warm clean and welcoming. The organisation of the process is made steight forward being led to each area of the system. All questions and concerns are answered and you are put at ease. All medications are clearly explained till you understand. They go through what will happen during the operation, so you know just what to expect. A really first class centre of excellence!.

On Monday I had my second cataract operation and would like to affirm what a positive experience all three visits to the clinic have been. The staff were very reassuring and took care to answer all my questions. I feel I have progressed from feeling fearful and squemish about eyes, to having two operations which were both painless and seemed to be over in a very short time, having had my anxieties allayed by the professionalism of all invoved. The person on meet and greet is very pleasant and helpful and with a warm welcome and a drink patients are able to relax. This continues as all staff were very professional in their roles and the clinic is impressively hygienic and organised. I really appreciate your expertise and after care guidance. I wouldn't hestitate in recommending Spa Medica to anyone (especially like me, those who are afraid). Thank you all, for restoring my vision, the world is Bright and Beautiful again!!

Had my second cataract done yesterday. The service for both was speedy,caring and professional from referral to post op. All staff appointment booker, receptionists, assessment staff and pre and post op staff,surgeon and theatre staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The service manager should be proud of the team. You all made it so easy. A clean, welcoming place. Many thanks

Had an assessment then a few days later had the procedure can now see a lot better a nd hoping to go back and have the other eye treat thanks to all the staff at the clinic for their kindness and care.

Having my right eye done was a poditive and worthwhile experience. Having my left eye done was painful both at thr time and after and if I had had this experience with the first eye I would not have gone back again. It very much depends on which surgeon you get.

From the lady driver picking us up thru to the reception and all the nurses and not forgetting the Surgeon they were Brilliant (5 Star) I am so looking forward to having my other cataract removed with no worries at all for sure, ps unsure if the Bradford Spamedica has a Manager ? if so take a bow because you have a fantastic team 👍

Had my cataracts done excellent service from start to finish. Well looked after the staff are very professional and caring. The procedure was done with no pain. The nurses and the surgeon did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend if your having cataracts done.
