Everything was well organised. All staff at both my assessment and surgery were both polite, friendly and very helpful. I hope that I will be able to have my other eye treated here.

From the friendly driver, polite and professional nurses and surgeon to helpful receptionist this was a very easy and pleasant treatment with amazing success and good results.

I found the team at Bradford from the receptionist to the surgeon very professional, polite and very thorough with the explanations of what's going to happen both before, during and after surgery. I had my left eye done and the results are tremendous I now eagerly await a call to have my right eye done. Cannot recommend them enough Well done SpaMedica

The practice was impressive, very clean. The staff members were professional and very friendly putting me at my ease. Everything was explained thoroughly after which I was asked if I had any questions. The procedure was painless and took about 10 minutes. Overall my experience was a feeling of calm and that all the staff knew what they were doing. Very professional well run practice.

I have had cataracts removed from both eyes on separate occasions and have found the Staff at SpaMedica, kind, caring and very professional. I cannot praise them highly enough. I would also like to mention the Drivers who transport you were always pleasant and considerate, all in all a five star service as far as I am concerned.

The whole process was simple. From the assessment, the transport,the friendly staff and expert medical care,the surgeon , and the free hot drinks and biscuits! The building is warm clean and welcoming. The organisation of the process is made steight forward being led to each area of the system. All questions and concerns are answered and you are put at ease. All medications are clearly explained till you understand. They go through what will happen during the operation, so you know just what to expect. A really first class centre of excellence!.

On Monday I had my second cataract operation and would like to affirm what a positive experience all three visits to the clinic have been. The staff were very reassuring and took care to answer all my questions. I feel I have progressed from feeling fearful and squemish about eyes, to having two operations which were both painless and seemed to be over in a very short time, having had my anxieties allayed by the professionalism of all invoved. The person on meet and greet is very pleasant and helpful and with a warm welcome and a drink patients are able to relax. This continues as all staff were very professional in their roles and the clinic is impressively hygienic and organised. I really appreciate your expertise and after care guidance. I wouldn't hestitate in recommending Spa Medica to anyone (especially like me, those who are afraid). Thank you all, for restoring my vision, the world is Bright and Beautiful again!!
