The initial impression was of a clean, tidy,and efficient organisation. The professional and calm manner in which one was treated gave one an appreciation of the dedication of the staff.

From transport given to the necessary administration & surgery the personal care & attention was excellent. Every visit was well organised and empathetic to personal needs ie. of myself and others attending. Information given was useful and the visual graphics displayed in each area was well planned & appropriate to patient understanding. Staff were pleasant and kind in all areas.

The Reception staff were pleasant and well organised with all the paperwork on arrival. The pre-med appointment was efficient and an operation appointment was offered for the following week. The surgeon was friendly and relaxed but very professional and the teamwork during the procedure was excellent. The surgery was successful and I would recommend Spa Medica to anyone.

Had my surgery done at Spa Medica Bradford cannot fault the staff and the centre all truly great. The op went to plan no pain during surgery also apart from a bit of grittyness first week that was it, my sight in my eye is fully restored. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing surgery for cataracts.

Welcomed by all the staff.. ever so friendly and at putting you at ease.. everything explained before and after the operation..The surgeon and all his staff were wonderful.. I will definitely be recommending SpaMedica to all my friends and family

I found the place to be nice and clean staff all very polite, pleasant and professional , from going to the assessment to the operation was only a matter of days and the team from porta to the surgeon was brilliant. I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure but the process was smooth and operation only took five minutes and never felt anything.
