    This was my follow up from cataract surgery. I had a small problem with an infection but on each of my visits I was seen by several different professionals and was very impressed The staff are polite and professional at all times and I would highly recommend

    I had surgery on cataracts in both eyes. All the staff from the chap at the door, receptionist, doctors, nurses and ophthalmologists were all very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions clearly. This made the process of the cataract removal so much better, now knowing what it all entails. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. What great service SpaMedica, Brighton provide.

    I was met at reception and shown to appointment booking in area where the staff politely took my details and made me feel comfortable. I was taken through all the various modern test rooms and was given an explanation in each area . On completion of my initial. Visit a. Suitable date was arranged for the cataract procedure On my second appointment I received the same welcome and proceeded to the operating theatre via various stages. I was greeted by the Surgeon ant theatre staff who immediately started on my cataract removal. The operation was painless and quickly completed,I was given post operative instructions . I would like others to have a positive experience like me. I could not praise the staff high enough well done.

    I’ve just had second cataract surgery and would have no hesitation in recommending Brighton Spa Medica. Very professional staff who do everything to put the customer at ease. Fast efficient service with the customer at the centre of care.

    Having had a successful total knee replacement earlier this year, I thought a cataract op would be so easy, and it was. All down to all of the staff at this practice, they are a team of friendly, caring and dedicated people. From the initial assessment through to the actual procedure, everything was explained, and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this clinic, definitely on a par with Harley street. Thankyou, all of you.

    I found this to be a professional, efficient and friendly service. The facilities and equipment are modern and there are excellent levels of care and cleanliness. The door receptionist was particularly welcoming and patient. The only slight downside is that it calls itself a Brighton clinic. It's nowhere near Brighton and if you are having both cataracts done separately, that's 12 journeys and you need a small army of willing volunteers to drive you to and from your appointments or someone willing to sit and wait for up to 3 hours.

    Attended the Brighton SpaMedica again today for 2nd cataract op. Once again amazing service , everyone very friendly and thoroughly professional with free drinks and biscuits what's not to like! Theatre time was again fast and slick and the surgeon and his team made you feel very at ease - arrived at 0800hrs and was completed ready for home by 0920hrs, brilliant. Thanks to all from the person who meets, greets and checks you in at the door to the receptionists, pre-op, theatre and post op teams
