    I found it all very well organised. Everyone was very helpful. Every proceedure was explained in detail which was very reassuring. Very friendly & relaxed atmosphere, & standard of hygiene excellent.

    I was very impressed with my whole experience at SpaMedica. The process is streamlined and efficient, the staff knowledgable and friendly and there is plenty of support after the surgery itself. Also, the supply great coffee and biscuits :)

    I took a friend to Spa Medica for their second cataract operation, i asked for the WiFi codes so I could use my tablet whilst waiting. I was told in no uncertain terms that it was not available, the doorman said giving it out could corrupt their system, expose patients' personal details!! I could not understand this as I have visited both NHS and private hospitals and all of them publish an open WiFi. So be prepared if you are accompanying a patient, you will not be available to use WiFi on site so take a paper newspaper or book if you have a wait.

    After getting an appointment, the process was good but on the day of the operation, I was asked to attend earlier but this was negated by a fire alarm in the building. The operation felt rushed. The vision in the eye has not returned to normal after 8 days. I hoe the rush did not compromise the situation. Reception staff were not overly friendly and I really didn't receive a good answer why I needed two eye tests.

    The staff were very friendly and put you at ease. My appointment was on time and was stress free. Nothing was two much trouble for any member of staff

    Brilliant service from receptionist to surgeons , the best I have seen nurses brilliant and are always mindful as I was recovering from a knee replacement they looked after and helped me , just all round brilliant

    From the moment that you arrive at the hospital you are really taken care of by a friendly staff.Sitting in the waiting room and talking to other patients full of praise makes one relax The. actual surgery was quick, I didn't feel a thing except for the nurse's calming hand. I look forward to my next visit to get my other eye sorted. Thankyou SpaMedica.
