The staff of the facility were first class. Friendly, efficient, helpful and very professional. Although I was nervous they made me feel very comfortable and guided me through each step. Overall I cannot fault them and they deserve my full praise.

Had my 2nd cataract done yesterday. I was very happy with the way I was treated by all the staff on all my appointments, they were very friendly, reassuring and professional.

I had cataract surgery at Spa Medica in Brighton and I definitely recommend them. I had the pre-operative check and surgery within a week of the referral from my optician. The whole process was very quick and effective. Their staff are friendly and helpful.

Wonderful caring and kind staff, clinical and administrative. From the time you check in to discharge the process was very efficient. All of the team's kindness and efficiency are a credit to the service.

I have had cataracts removed in both eyes, one in April and one on 11th June 2024. On both occasions I had excellent service and all the staff were extremely caring and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to others

The whole procedure from start to finish was very good, convenient and kindly dealt with. One is told how the procedure will take place and what to expect. One is kindly given a drink and a biscuit is offered, all very smoothly run!

No complaints, whatsoever. I was referred at the beginning of April had my first procedure later that month and my second in June. Everything calm and peaceful. Staff very helpful and reassuring. Well done, everyone! I tell all of my friends about this wonderful place.

The referral for consultation was very quick with an assessment appointment being made on the fourth day after they received the request. At the assessment appointment the operation was booked for 2 days later. Super quick service. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and patient with me, an old lady with mobility issues. From the moment my daughter and I walked through the door we were greeted by a friendly gentleman who was knowledgeable and calming, offering tea or coffee. He escorted me through to the inner sanctum, whilst my daughter remained in the outer reception area. She advises that the gentleman remained helpful and friendly and offered everyone waiting outside tea and coffee and access the the toilets on a regular basis. The staff inside carrying out the assessments and operation were all very helpful and happy to explain every aspect of the process and procedures. I am super impressed with the results 3 days post op. I had every confidence in everyone's ability and have no reservations regarding having my second cateract removed and would have no hestitation in recommending SpaMedica Brighton to anyone needing cateract removal.

A very professional, friendly and supportive service, from the initial welcome, through the various tests and assessments, and the final treatment. Excellent, I couldn’t have wished for a more satisfactory experience and my cataract operation was a fantastic success. I look forward to having my other eye being operated on in the coming months.
