Found Spa Medical easy to get to and easy to park close. Reception was run very professionally and quick. Pre-op went with no problems or delay as did the operation. After operation reception contacted my lift to get back home. Very clean modern health facility, would highly recommend it.

From start to finish my experience with SpaMedica was outstanding. The transport driver was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help in anyway he could. The staff at the clinic were all exceptional and really helped put me at ease before and after the operation. I was kept well in formed about everything that was happening and they all checked I was ok and had everything I needed. The surgeon and his team were excellent and very patient with me as I was a bit of a wimp at times! Overall it was top drawer service and care and has made the thought of the second eye being done a lot more relaxed. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough

on arrival staff on reception made me feel very welcome, the nursing staff also made me very assured and comfortable when treatment began. Hot drinks and biscuits were giving out which were very much appreciated. I could not fault staff at all they were all very professional and very nice. I would definitely recommend this treatment centre to anyone.

Staff are both courteous and thorough. The cataract surgery was quick and painless. Would use SpaMedica if the other eye needs surgery.

Totally proffessional, friendly and reassuring at every stage. The operation was painless as they said it would be and hearing the head nurse humming and singing along softly to the background music throughout the procedure was a comforting reassuring bonus. I was able to book my initial assessment online within five days of my optician referring me. Each stage of this was carried out promptly with very little waiting. At the end of this appointment I was able to choose a date to have the Cataract procedure done which again was only five days later . On arrival for this appointment I was greeted after only a short while with a very friendly and efficient nurse who was around most of the time before and after the operation and explained everything to be done . The surgeon also introduced himself and the operation was carried out very quickly . Another nurse afterwards explained in detail about administering the eye drops and all about my aftercare . All in all I was very impressed with the efficiency and the very short waiting list of this hospital .

This was my second visit to the practice and once again I received excellent care. All the staff were very kind , knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with my eye surgery. It's only day one after the operation but already I'm feeling much better and able to see all those wrinkles again ! Well done SpaMedica.
