Any apprehension I felt beforehand was quickly dispelled. Every stage of the operation was explained by efficient and friendly staff. I never thought I would say I was looking forward to an operation, but I cannot wait to have my second cataract done. Thankl you SpaMedica

I was referred by my Optician last October, had my pre-op in December and cataracts done this January and last week. Every member of staff who I saw were friendly,welcoming and put an elderly lady completely at ease. It has made such a difference to my sight and I can’t thank everyone enough.

My brother was warned by the surgeon to expect some pain during his cataract operation. This put me off the prospect of surgery. However, I was offered extra anaesthetic for the cataract operation and it was painless. The staff were welcoming and kind and the young surgeon took time to explain the procedure to me. I will certainly consider a second operation at SpaMedica as long as I can have extra anaesthetic!

Being as I was so nervous , The staff in this practice was amazing , very caring and give time to explain and introduce themselves.. highly recommend this practice.. I am very grateful … Hope to have my other eye done in Bromley spamedica when it is due..

Wonderful treatment, couldn't have asked for more. Everyone without explanation was so professional and caring. The whole procedure was explained and I had the opportunity to voice any concerns.

Had my first cataract surgery done. On the first day a little discomfort with eye weeping but from the second day a change of life. How wonderful to see clearly again.Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Spa Medica for making my visit pleasant and for the way your explanations were exact. Regards John

From the first telephone call from the SpaMedica team to the operation being carried out, friendly, very professional, with every procedure in the assessment being fully explained to me before being carried out. On the day of the operation, from the receptionist to the surgeon everybody behaving in a friendly and very professional manner.

friendly staff, and waited only one week for the procedure. Free coffee and biscuits are available, and so is free parking.
