A pleasant and welcoming environment. Staff were polite and very helpful and encouraging. The surgeon and medical staff were friendly wa great sense of humour. Put me totally at ease. He informed me at every step about what he was doing. A pleasant experience.

From start to finish, for my cataract surgery everyone is kind and helpful, just what you need when you arrive for any medical procedure, especially your eyes. Everyone explains what is going on, you are kept informed all the time. Highly recommend Bromley SpaMedica I have had surgery on both eyes there.

My two visits to Spa Medica was very enlightening to say the least! I was amazed at the reception I received, and the way the staff responded to my questions! All in all the visits were amazing, the staff excellent and the whole operation was a complete success all round! I would deginitely recommend any of my friends to have this treatment!

I really had a very good experience at SpaMed in Bromley. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite right from the pre assessment period to the actual surgical procedure. I was very anxious and nervous, however they were very understanding and were very supportive, holding my hand during surgery and reassuring me all through. You all did extremely well and I appreciate all your efforts. May God bless you all. 🙏

I was impressed by the quality of the nursing and surgical staff and felt entirely confident of a good outcome when the procedure started and so far so good with my much improved sight.

From start (check up) to finish (cataract surgery) it all went very smoothly. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and they lined up an interpreter for me. Discharge was great with full instructions. Would highly recommend SpaMedica.

I recently had my first cataract operation and was understandingly very apprehensive. All the staff were very polite and encouraging and did their best to put me at ease. The surgeon was very skilled and I was very surprised at how quick and painless the whole procedure was. I was given comprehensive instructions for after care and came away feeling confident. As for my new lens I am amazed at how clear my eyesight is. Thank you to everyone.

I would like to say how helpful and patient each and every one of the Staff in the Bromley Spamedica Clinic were during my Appointments. I would also like to say a huge Thank You to the Surgeon, the Surgery Staff and all the Staff that I saw leading up to the Surgery for my Cataracts Operation including the Receptionists on the Desks. I couldn't have been treated more kindly. Also a huge Thank You to the Staff on the Desks at the Bolton Office who kindly rang me to let me know about my Appointments. I would also like to Thank the Drivers that came to pick me up for my Appointments and take me back home. Warmest Wishes Annamani Dance
