The surgeons were professional and thorough. All the staff was courteous, helpful and caring. We were offered free refreshments and that was an extra bonus. Overall housekeeping was spotless. Many thanks to everyone.

My pre-assement was carried out promptly and my subsequent 2 procedures were carried out with minimum delay. I was most impressed by my treatment. Everybody was most friendly and helpful and looked after me very well during my visits. All is well and I have now placed my order for some new glasses with Spec Savers. Following the cataract surgery all went well and I was easily able to comply with all of the instructions afterwards. Thank you all very much indeed.

Everyone was really lovely from the lovely staff on the front desk to all the nurses and doctors ,I was asked by the staff on the desk if I would like a hot drink if so the got it for me ,the nurses put me at ease the optician I saw was very helpful too .

Overwhelmingly a great experience indeed cannot fault the sympathetic and empathetic professional service received on my visit every detail explained impeccably all staff polite and friendly respectful and most importantly upbeat I was worried complacency might be a factor but far from it woke up the next day extremely concerned about outcome but after removing eye protection and wiping my eye wow unbelievably happy can't wait for left eye cataract surgery now

Helpful, polite and knowledgable staff, the surgery went well and the after care brilliant. Tea & coffee facilities provided which was appreciated.

I was referred to the local SpaMedica centre in Bromley for removal of a cataract that was beginning to impair my vision. SpaMedica were clearly well versed in this area, carrying out the operation swiftly and efficiently, besides providing me with eye-drops to facilitate recovery. The result was an immediate and dramatic improvement in my sight through the relevant eye. Thank you, Spa Medica. I’ll be back (for the other eye!)

The Services that I received from SpaMedica were excellent. The surgeon and the team were great and always ensured that I was properly informed about the procedure. I would have no qualms to recommend them to friendly and friends.

The reception, both for assessment and procedure, was welcoming and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, my questions were answered and the whole experience went smoothly. Within three hours of arrival I was back in my own home. I would have no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica to others..in fact, I have already done so! Thank you to everyone.
