From Start to Finish all the staff were very informative,pleasant,friendly helpful, and efficient. My eyesight has improved tremendously. I could not have felt more relaxed.

I was very impressed with the promptness with which I received an appointment. The first appointment offered was not convenient to me and a second alternative was given straight away.The care and concern offered by the nurses was special.

Before having Cataract removal carried out I was very apprehensive. On day treated like a individual not just a patient . All the staff where exceptional with only you to deal with. The actual procedure was explained in details before and has it happened to put me at ease. It was not so much pain as discomfort as they explained it would be which is to be expected. I now have an appointment to have my other eye done which is not worrying me at all. I my self would recommend Spa medica to anyone and not to worry. 5 star's off me.

This is my second visit for cataract treatment and on both occasions the service has been superb. The Spa Medica premises are modern, clean and all the staff were pleasant and helpful from the man on the door to the surgeon. I couldn't have asked for a better service and two successful operations. Well done.

Excellent service, staff amazing, quick appoint times. Can’t fault anything big thank you to all. Enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee. Everyone very welcoming from porter at door to consultant and all staff .

A extremely Friendly and Professional service from the first consultation appointment to the final two surgery appointments. No fuss no waiting and a clear definitive explanation at all stages of the experience. All of the staff were extremely friendly, professional in their approach, very knowledgeable ,and helpful. The service was above and beyond any expectations. On a personal note the distance glasses have been ditched after twenty plus years ! What's not to like!.

Had cataract surgery twice at this clinic (Dec 24 and Jan 25), both experiences have been very positive from the welcome at the door to discharge. Everyone was very helpful, caring and knowledgeable .The results of the surgery were great and the advice for aftercare was great too. I cannot fault the process and would highly recommend to anyone needing cataract surgery.
