Treatment was excellent, treated like a valued person, with free tea and coffee with biscuits, also the parking 🅿️ was free

SpaMedica looked after my cataract surgery with great professionalism and care from initial Pre Assessment through to surgery appointment. Everything was clearly explained at all stages and staff were caring and considerate at all times. The surgeon who carried out the surgery put me at ease throughout. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend SpaMedica for cataract surgical procedures.

I could not fault the treatment I received, very professional and efficient. I have had both eyes done now and both were conducted with the same level of service. Only problem was with lack of parking, but this was sorted out by one of the reception staff in a very friendly way, my wife drove me there and stayed until we could come home. I would recommend the SpaMedica team at Chelmsford to anyone.

I attended Spa Medica to have cataract surgery. The staff were excellent and everything is well explained. All the areas are very clean. The surgeon and his team are very efficient and reassuring. Well looked after at all times. Would recommend

From the first moment I arrived I was treated with kindness and care at the pre op appointment and on the day. I was very nervous but received total reassurance. Every person dealing with me was kind and careful. I couldn’t have felt safer

Just had my second cataract surgery and cannot fault any of the service from start to finish. I did not realise how good my sight would be once both eyes where done.

Welcoming, thoughtful and great treatment from start to finish. Appreciated taking time to explain everything and respect shown. Helpful to have handouts pre and post cataract surgery.

Lovely staff felt reassured the moment we arrived offered tea and coffee clean waiting area for patients and family members second operation so knew what to expect but everything explained clearly

I recently had a cataract procedure at the Spamedica Chelmsford hospital. I was very pleased with the whole experience from the initial process of examining, diagnosing, explaining the semantics of the process and scheduling the actual treatment. The staff at every stage of this experience were professional, constructive, hospitable and executed the process with care and consideration. I can highly recommend this Spamedica.
