I was put at ease immediately by the very caring staff. They couldn't have been kinder and they explained everything very clearly as we went through the different stages of my cataract surgery .Thank you very much I won't be so scared when I come for my second cataract op!!!!

From initial consultation to the conclusion of the procedure the explanation of the process was excellent as was the documentation provided. At no point did I feel nervous about what was going to happen.

My treatment at SpaMedica Chester was second to none. The staff were extremely welcoming. From the moment I was greeted by the porter in the lobby, to the time I was discharged after my surgery I was treated with kindness and respect.

I was in for a cataract removed From the very beginning security and reception nursing staff and theatre staff we're absolutely wonderful caring professionals making it an easier experience could not thank them enough

From the first consultation - to operation day - and on to post-operative support, SpaMedica Chester excelled in every aspect of the process to correct my woefully poor vision, through cataract surgery. Every step of the process was conducted in an efficient, impeccably professional, and caring system, with superb patient communication at the centre of all proceedings. I trust them implicitly, and recommend them without equivocation.

From entering the building, nervous, to leaving comfortable with the new lens in my eye, the professional performance of all the staff, their kindness, their efficiency and the bourbon biscuits were all wonderful. All the staff I met were a credit to the company My wife had a similar wonderful experience when she had cataracts treated in both eyes. SpaMedica is an inspirational company providing a valuable service. Just 24 hours after leaving SpaMedica Chester my vision is greatly improved and I am truly grateful.

The process from start to finish was exceptional. The care and attention given by all staff was professional, kind and caring. I have several issues with overall eye health, all of which were explained clearly and this has enabled me to better deal with my eye care. The operation was painless and the after care was explained clearly by the staff and also set out in a small pack, along with eye drops etc. At the 4 weekly review with my Optician he commented that ‘SpaMedica had done an absolutely amazing job’. I can’t thank SpaMedica enough as their expertise and care have changed my overall eye health in a very positive way!
