I attended there 2 weeks ago where the staff were very professional. The facilities were outstanding & as you would expect spotlessly clean. When you think of the weather recently my surgery was done on a bright sunny day so take your sunglasses with you, even now I find it more comfortable to drive with them on .

My treatment has required weekly appointments for seven weeks and every time has been extremely efficient, caring and very friendly from those in reception to all the technicians and the medical staff. I am impressed.

I was very apprehensive about having my cataract done aged 87, but I was put at ease straight away and I can certainly recommend the Chester hospital to anybody. My cataract was done on the 16th July still feeling a bit gritty but was told that this was normal. The whole of the staff were lovely. I live on my own and find putting the drops in difficult but some goes in my eye so hope that will be ok. Thank you very much to everyone.

I was referred for a cataract op and chose SpaMedica Chester because of the optician's recommendation and those of the people with whom I live at a retirement village. I was nervous, of course, but everyone at SpaMedica was thoughtful and reassuring, putting me at ease. On the day of the op, again, every member of staff was understanding and considerate of my nerves about the impending op. I needn't have worried; it was quick, pain free and my recovery has been as per the booklet handed to me for follow up procedures - mainly eye drops. I thoroughly recommend SpaMedica, Chester to anyone needing cataract replacement. You will be in good hands.

The whole process from the time my optician referred me to having both my cataracts removed has been so quick and easy. Within the space of 6 weeks both have been done. All the staff and doctors are so reassuring throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hospital. Thank you all.

I just want to thank all the staff for the way they treated me, i was very nervous of having my eyes done but i was rest assured by the surgeons and nurses who did this for me. Also I would like to thank NHS for the quick appointments and of course Spar Medica too, my eyes are now better than ever before the ops which has made life so much better so Thank you

The staff were very friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble from the time i arrived to the time i left the driver rang and told me what time i would be picked up and they were spot on and made me feel at ease as i was very nervous.

Had my second eye treated at the new SpaMedica in Chester. Lovely building and Staff most welcoming and kind. No long waiting times and procedure over in 10 minutes. Only problem now is seeing dust I missed before😂
