Very fast and efficient treatment, carried out by really great staff. Was kept well informed about the procedures that I was having by really caring staff and felt very comfortable and re-assured while in their care. highly recommended, Tom

I recently had a cataract removed from my left eye. The whole process was seamless painless and very little discomfort The staff were excellent and I have nothing but praise for the whole process

All staff most friendly and committed to providing an excellent service to patients. All surgical procedures explained in detail together with relevant personal follow up. The final result, with improved eyesight, confirms the above comments.

Everything went smoothly. Staff friendly. Felt that the surgeons were experienced and it was very quick. Second eye to be done. The first has been excellent.

Efficient system. Friendly staff and very organised. It was nice to be greeted by Reception Staff who led us to the correct rooms

Having been referred to this hospital, within less than 48 hours I had been assessed. I could have had the op within 5 days, but it had to be put back for personal reasons. The op was carried out in less than a weeks. Fantastic service. The hospital was the most welcoming and friendly place you could wish to have an operation. All the staff were so professional and went out of their way to make you feel at ease. From arriving at the hospital I was kept informed of what was going to happen, and the procedure was fully explained, which was less than 2 hours from start to finish. The hospital itself, being fairly new, was beautifully clean and cared for, and there was no doubt all the staff took pride in their surroundings. The waiting areas were comfortable, and there was complementary tea, coffee and biscuits available. From feeling somewhat anxious before the op, I was made to feel at ease, and came away feeling I had made friends. What a wonderful hospital to be treated in. I can only give it my highest praise, and highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff who looked after me, and all the staff in the operating theatre who performed the procedure. Anyone who is given the opportunity to have a procedure at this hospital, don`t hesitate, you will be well looked after and cared for.

Excellent doctors and staff. Very caring. I have had cataracts removed from both eyes. Each time the staff have put me at ease as I was nervous. Procedure was good.
