From the initial referral from my optician, to the assessment appointment, through to the surgery, Spa Medica’s service was excellent. Most impressive was the courtesy of all the Staff and their care in which they took to explain clearly what was to happen at every stage. Thanks to each & every one of you.

From the beginning my experience with this practice was first class, from the person that greeted me, the support staff and surgeons, to the administrators etc. I was made to feel very comfortable in what could be for some a worrying experience. Great team, thanks.

Just had cataract surgery and all I can say is the whole experience from start to finish was first class every member of staff and the consultant that did my procedure were kind, caring and explained everything that was happening throughout. SpaMedica was spotlessly clean and everyone was so efficient I can’t thank you enough for making my experience so good.

I was referred by my optometrist to SpaMedia for cataract surgery and had the procedure 2 weeks later, very efficient service with friendly and supportive staff. I was referred back for my second eye 6 weeks later and again this was done within 2 weeks. The difference it has made to my quality of life is amazing.

I was referred extremely quickly - from diagnosis at optician to operation was only 10 days. Extremely good service from a highly motivated and commuted team- from receptionist to surgeon I was tested with the utmost respect and kept informed throughout the entire process

Superb staff from walking in the door to leaving. Everyone I dealt with was so kind, understanding and reasurring. Felt very anxious beforehand but the treatment was explained in detail and the op wasn't as bad I was imagining. Thank you to everyone. 5 starts

I could not believe the speed that SpaMedica were able to assess and deliver my cataract surgery. Two weeks and one day from my optician suggesting it should be done to having it completed. All the staff are so helpful, efficient and friendly and, when the surgeon realised I am of a curious nature, he gave me a fascinating running commentary of what he was doing.
