On both the pre-assessment and the operation days, I was treated in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. The staff were attentive and there was very little waiting. The operation itself, whilst not exactly "pleasant", was very smoothly done and was completed with a minimum of fuss in about 10 minutes. After a couple of days, the results are excellent and I am looking forward to when I can have my other eye done. From optician referral to operation took only just over 2 week - NHS and SpaMedica have certainly delivered for me.

I have recently had both my cataracts done at this clinic within the last 2 months and have nothing but praise for the whole team. On entering the clinic for the first time I was given a warm welcome and put at ease about the procedure ( I was quite nervous I admit). Everyone involved was friendly, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. I would happily recommend Spamedica to anyone. It is still early days since the surgery but already my eyesight has improved considerably. A big thank you to all the staff who made the experience so pleasant especially the man who first welcomed me in (a very nervous patient) at the door, he is a real asset to the practice.

From day 1, I was impressed with the way I was treated. All the staff were professional, polite, friendly and helpful during the various consultations, everything was thoroughly explained. On the day of cataract operation I was made to feel at ease. The operation was very quick and with little pain. The surgeon explained before and during the procedure what was happening this made me feel reassured that all was okay. The support staff also helped me feel at ease and the aftercare treatment was explained in away I could understand. Any concerns and questions I had with aftercare procedure were explained before I left the clinic. This was all repeated on the second visit when I had the other eye operated on. My eyesight is now Brilliant I can now see things that I have not seen for months ,maybe years. I cant believe how important this has been for me, to see things again, to watch television, to be able to drive safely, to see my love ones. I would definitely recommend the Coventry SpaMedica for this type of operation. Thanks again guys for looking after me and helping me see clearly again. Regards David

Had my second op today, same great service. In and out within an hour. Friendly staff. Easy accessible place to get to and places to park. Whoever takes you can wait in reception, tea and coffee provided.

What an excellent experience from start to finish. I’ve had both cataracts removed within 8 weeks. I was put at ease from the moment I entered the the facility until I left. All the staff are very pleasant, helpful and excellent at their jobs. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience there

My mum has had both of her cataracts operated on in October and November this year and she was so pleased with the service she received. From the gentleman who greeted her at all of her visits who couldn’t have been more welcoming and completely put her at ease from the minute she entered the clinic to the lovely polite reception staff who all told us their name and were really efficient. The nurses at her pre op and on the day of surgery were all really professional and explained everything in detail so my mum knew exactly what was going to happen. They were lovely and calm and made her feel really well cared for so thank you from us both .
